Why you never wake a sleeping baby

School shopping was a success today! We are completely ready for school to start. It took 5 hrs and 4 different stores but we were able to get all of the school supplies on their list. It is crazy the amount of things they have to get. 

We get to go meet their teachers on Friday! I know I say I am ready for school to start but I still don't think I am ready to accept that Christian will be in Kindergarten. It actually makes me a little sad, I think this officially mean he is not a baby anymore. :(

This coming Friday is the Pep Rally for football. I am super excited for the kids. I cannot wait until our first games! Hopefully Christian steps up and is able to play. I think he is going to get a big dose of reality, when he realizes that he isn't always going to play because unlike baseball he isn't one of the best.

OOOO I almost forgot to tell you. I got stickers for my car. I know I know...but I really wanted them! The cheer squad was doing a fundraiser today and they had the oakleaf "sports" stickers. So I got one of each. Coach Robert said he is going to see if he can have a shirt made for you to pick up when you get back to take with you. Hopefully he doesn't forget, I thought that was nice.

Addison took a good nap I was really proud of her. She slept in her crib for almost 3 hours. But then it was getting close to bed time and I had the brilliant idea to wake her. I didn't want her to nap too long and then be up all night. Well...now I completely understand why they say "never wake a sleeping baby". She.Was.Pissed! So needless to say, I got her dressed for bed and she went right back to sleep. Fingers crossed she sleeps tonight. She has been sleeping really well lately. Plus it would be nice to go to church and not look like a train wreck.

I miss you so much today! I think I have done fairly well with staying occupied and while today was busy and fun it gave me a lot of time to think about how I haven't had any adult interaction since you left on Tuesday. I cannot wait until you are back! I miss getting to talk to you.
