alone

I feel like today was the first day I operated solo and succeeded. Matthew was off. Luckily I feel like I got everything I wanted accomplished. We even got to leave on time today.
I call it a success.

I was pretty disappointed in my dinner tonight it sounded like it would be so good reading the recipe. Maybe I will try and make it again another day. It didn't turn out how I hoped it would, but then I also didn't follow the recipe exactly. That may have something to do with it. lol. O well. Maybe next time it will turn out better.

Not really much else to report that I can think of tonight. It stinks we did not get to talk today. Maybe tomorrow?

Well we got our first "delivery" today.
It was pretty awesome. The lady text me when she was leaving, text me when she got to the door and helped me carry everything inside. UMMMM...could you be more helpful. Anyway, we get 2 weeks free...so I figured why not. But it was nice. Lily and Christian don't like it because they like to pick out our fruits and veggies and they can't do this if someone else does it for us.
But...fun fact...on the fruit page I put 1ct of bananas...thinking that would be 1 bushel right? That makes sense to me. Nope...wrong...I got ONE count em ONE banana. LOL. I couldn't help but laugh....o you literally wanted to know how many bananas I wanted. Well the answer is more than one.

Christian has recently become very self conscious of his body. Which is fine I guess. But he has been shirtless since saturday because we were at the pool and then he was sick and just wore basketball shorts all weekend. Well anytime anyone...besides me...would get close to him with his shirt off he would freak and tell them to look away because they can see his boobs. I tried to assure him that boys don't have boobs and if they did they couldn't walk around shirtless but never the less he's terrified of people seeing his "moobs" LOL

So everyone was able to eat dinner tonight without getting sick so that was good...well except Addison she threw all hers on the floor as fast as it was given to her. This kid...I'm just going to start giving her an empty plate and then pieces of my food so she thinks she is getting something special. She's gonna get real hungry, real fast once she isn't on formula anymore. Im surprised whiskey isn't fat yet...she doesn't even taste her food, she just immediately throws it all on the floor.

Anyway I have to open tomorrow so I need to go to bed. I love you! Good night!

Mortified

Never going back to the pool again...
Ok maybe that is an over exaggeration.

So anyway, shortly after we got off the phone another man asked those guys to leave. So anyway they left and went to another street and sat there listening to their gangster rap music. They must have been doing something, but who cares they left. Well now the pool is nice and peaceful and the kids are being crazy. All of a sudden lily gets out and her lips were crazy blue and she said she was cold and wanted to go home. So I told her she was a party pooper and to lay down to warm up. Almost immediately after that Christian comes up and says his tummy hurts he wants to go home. Well you guys are no fun...fine lets go home. So I'm packing up...and bleh. Christian yaks all over the patio, like 5 times. OMG! Thank God Jacey's boys were there...Mark got a garbage can out of the bathrooms and helped me clean everything up. Lily takes the baby to the car, Christian goes to the car, Mark and I finish cleaning the patio. We get home and Christian goes to the shower I ask for Lily's help getting the pool stuff put away so I can change the baby and put her down for a nap. Then I hear more puking. So I am talking to who I think is Christian through the baby monitor asking if he is ok. Well it wasn't Christian. It is Lily...now she is puking too. Luckily she made it to the bathroom.
So now they have a stomach bug. Neither one of them have stopped vomiting since. It is no fun at all. I tried to give Christian some water because "my throat is so dry" and he threw it all up.

Hopefully it is only 24 hours. But I found out later in the day that mom is in the freaking hospital with the same crap.

My poor babies are so sick. Hopefully they will be better tomorrow and hopefully mom is better soon. It just hit everyone so suddenly and from the sounds it at the same time. Mom wasn't feeling well and got sick the same time the kids did.

softball

I have never felt as old as I do right.

We had softball practice today which was ok...I am very rusty. VERY!

Anyway...so the field we practice on (the one next to the branch) is not in good shape so I decided I wasn't going to play that hard because 1) it's practice 2) this field is garbage.
I still hurt. It's not even the next day and I hurt.

But it went good. I am playing first again this year. We have to find another female to play infield too, we have to have two in the infield. These rules are crazy. The field is split 5 men 5 women.

So at Christian's practice tonight one of the mom's has the cutest lil Shih Tzu puppy and Addison was so excited to see him. She kept yelling "DOG" "DAT DOG" "DOG!"
It was super cute. I had some shirts made for her and Lily that came in tonight. I am super excited about them. I will have to show them to you later.

Anyway not much else to report. I am super tired and have to open tomorrow. Hopefully I get to talk to you tomorrow. I enjoyed talking to you today. I miss you!

So today started so smooth. What are you doing today? Well I am going to work on the schedule and do some teller observations...it's going to be a good day. FALSE!
Today was so good, then all of a sudden...SHE comes in. The she who ripped my face off last week because she is rude and ignorant.
She comes in and she is on the phone with the contact center because she wants everyone to know how "mean and nasty that assistant manager is"
UGH! FO REAL!


I can only appropriately handle this situation with memes.

Anyway the "newish" teller gets and gives her exactly what she wants. So when I pull her aside and ask her why she didn't follow procedure. "Well....ummmm....well she was angry and causing a scene and she was on the phone with corporate office"

UMMMMMMM FALSE!
One we don't have a "corporate office" we are not some super villain corporation. Two she was on the phone with the contact center...who are they...they are telephone tellers.
"Well they told me not to do it?"
O Really? You talked to them?
"Well no, she told me they said"
Ok Well I need you to go read her acct notes now, and for future reference you need to CYA and if you are going to make exceptions like that...you need to speak to the person who is "okaying" them. Not hearsay.

Ugh...just ugh!

All Stars

This was a longgggggggggg weekend. It's funny I am looking forward to going to work on monday so I can get a break. I can't remember the last time I had an energy drink...and I was so tired today I had to ask the kids dad to bring me one to the game. I was flat exhausted.

But it was a good day today...our boys crushed those other teams. One of them they absolutely annihilated. They played really good. Christian's bats are really on fire lately. He hit amazing today! I cannot stop watching the videos I took today. He is getting really good. They are teaching him how to be a catcher. Not just a stand back and watch the balls come in....like an actual catcher. He loves it. I am excited for this knights season. With that being said...I HAVE TO REMEMBER TO PUT SUNSCREEN ON! I put it on everyone except myself

I am pretty sure my face is burned too. But I haven't looked in a mirror since I've come home.

So much pride is in my heart for this little boy.

So as if I didn't have enough on my plate. I've had to start packing Addison's lunch too. I put it off and debated so long about it. But I have to. I buy so much fruit and veggies for Addison to eat for lunch and mom feeds her garbage 5 days a week. Saying she doesn't know what to give her. WHAT?! HOW?! Give her a banana, a pear, an apple, an orange. For real. I threw away so much fruit and veggies this week. So tonight I made her some frittatas for tomorrow and sliced a kiwi. So hopefully this will help cut down on the wasted food and on the garbage she eats.

It feels good to be here.
I did however have to come home and crash clean though...because I forgot to tell you. Jacey referred her cleaning lady here. So she is coming tomorrow to view the house.

Soooo....I have got to be the best baseball mom ever! LOL. I feel like I fail as a real mom but I am wayyyyy up there as a sports mom. I got Christian's glove all broken in. You would never look at this glove and think it has been in our possession less than 24 hours. It is soft and flexible. I have a ball wrapped up in it right now shaping the pocket. But this hot oil treatment was awesome!

I had another episode with mom. Hopefully this gets better when you are back and she won't "be required to work such long hours".

So Christian got fitted for his knights uniform tonight! So originally we were getting 2, now Coach is saying we may only get one depending on the most popular. The black ones are cool, but the white ones are AMAZING! I hope we get them both, but if we only get one I really hope we get the white one. And that I can keep Christians white.
So right when I thought I was going to get a nice relaxing Saturday with the kids at the pool....FALSE! I have been asking their father for weeks now if he was going to take Lily to the daddy/daughter dance. He never answered me. Well he told me today TWO days before the dance he will be picking her up at 4. Now...while I am happy he is taking...WTH man!? Must you wait until the last freaking minute. UGH!

I am sure I have more to tell you but I cannot remember it all. I am tired.

Bad wife status...

So I forget to take C's bat bag out of my car. I get to the game 10 min late. Just enough time to see my clean up hitter smack a double into left-center. But they tag a kid out on 3rd and there was 2 outs. Anyway so I run over to the dugout to give him his bat bag. His glove isn't there...
We didn't play with the Indians or the Knights on Sunday. We played with the Cubs coaches. He literally was using whoever was on the bench...he used their glove. Luckily we played Coach Randy's team tonight (they killed us) because Coach Andrew is out of town. So I talk to him after the game and he calls Coach Jason (Cub's coach) and Coach Jason does not have C's glove. He says hopefully someone turned it in to lost and found but a nice glove is doubtful. Great...just fucking great. So I ordered C a new glove tonight...he is paying us back for half of it. But I also spent a lot of money on other stuff. So I need you to not pass any judgement because I am having a very bad week so far.

So anyway, Lily lost her freaking acro shoes last week. I didn't do anything this past weekend because I was hoping she would find them when she went back to dance Tuesday...ummmm no of course not. So I had to get her new freaking acro shoes. I am seriously at the end of my rope over here.

We have an early game on saturday and afterwards I am literally not doing anything. I had already planned on grilling that evening. So I am going to the pool with Vanessa and the girls. I just need a break from reality.
I don't have an issue leaving work stuff at work but I do have an issue of leaving home stuff at home. Because I still have to deal with home stuff at work...I am never doing just one job. I am always doing all the jobs.

Thankfully I had asked Samantha to bring a glove for Christian to use (even though he refused to use it) or I may have lost my head right then...I could feel myself starting to break down. So then to make a stressful situation even more intense. Their dad is on vacation for the next 2 weeks, for his birthday. So I asked him to follow me to publix and I would give him cash for gas, food, and a new glove if he would get the kids tomorrow or thursday and take them shopping. His answer was no...so then I was really about lose my cool. Trying to figure out how I was going to get him to Dicks to get a new glove. So I just ordered one off of Amazon...crisis averted.

So in the end I figured it out but it was a rough evening. I talked to Coach Andrews mom tonight, she is a really nice lady. Anyway she said she just made a point to buying several gloves at a time that way when this happened she could just pull another one out and they could use it. This is all new for me...I never lost my glove. I had one glove, I outgrew it and got a new one. The "new" one is the one Lily used...I NEVER lost my glove. I am making him give me money for half of his new glove as punishment for not keeping up with his equipment.

Anyway...that was my night. On a lighter side Christian is hitting fantastic off the pitching machine now. He will probably be clean up hitter from now on. He hit a double and they tagged a runner out at 3rd. Then he hit a single into right field and hit in 3 RBIs. I say he did his job on that last hit. My man!!! hittin bombs all over the field!

Monday Indeed

UGH! Just ugh!
I swear it seems like there is just shit when Matt is off and he has only been off twice. Well we will start with...I am pretty sure Addison had a stomach bug last week and now I am pretty sure I have it. So there's that. Then we'll move on to....I didn't get to take a lunch today. We only had one teller and it was busy, so I was on the teller line. And if one more mother effing person were to yell at me...I would quite possibly be unemployed right now. Like these people were not just upset or frustrated. I mean they were screaming at me. The first lady I could understand, her situation was different. But the last lady. OOOOOO MAN! She almost made me forget who I was. It was bad. She was ignorant and kept cutting me off when I was trying to talk to her. Like with noises too, not words. I was would be in the middle of a statement and she would be like "NAHHHH!!!" "EHHHHHH!!!" "UH UHHHHH"
Omygoodness it was so unimaginably hard to maintain my composure. Then when she left she was storming out all bitchy. "I'ma had dat bitch's job. You wait. She don't know who she mess wit"
Apparently I messed with someone extremely immature and uneducated. But had she just shut her mouth and let me speak to her...she would have heard that I was going to do what she wanted "as an exception". But nope...didn't want to let me talk. So screw her...

On a lighter note here is Lily's school project. I think she did a fantastic job. We are not quite done yet. I am not sure if we are going to be able to put the pictures on the board since we put the target on the board. But hopefully it all turns out.

So Addison has definitely high a new milestone. She is just a completely different little baby to be around. Almost over night too. She makes all kinds of different noises when she is talking now.

The #1 sign your infant is turning into a toddler. How can 1 child do this!? Just how?

car sale

I.AM.EXHAUSTED!!!!

So I got to leave around 630. There were still people on the lot looking for cars. But...we had already sold almost 200 cars and done 3mil in loans! WHAT!? That's huge. So the department I was given to manage is a lot of fun, but stupid busy. I enjoyed it but man, it was busy!

I got to watch the last 2 innings of Christian's game. They lost 14-12. But they played well. It is amazing how much these kids have grown since the beginning of the season. They all have gotten so good.

Lily's team came in 2nd again. Coach said they were robbed of their win. That's disappointing. I am really sad I could not be there for it.

What day off?
O you mean extra day to do housework? Got it.

I hate hate hate separating out the meat from BJ's. That is job one you get back. I would rather fold laundry all day long than do that. But...it got done.
Then...I didn't cook dinner. I am ashamed :(
Home all day long and we had raviolis for dinner.

I never did quite recover after that anxiety/panic attack. I still feel anxious and short of breath. O and then come to find out...my Dr isn't at that practice anymore. So now I have to get another Dr. I always hate having to get a new Dr and then try to talk to them about anxiety....it gives me anxiety lol. Because most of the meds they give you for it is actual drugs and I feel like they look at your like you are a big pill head. It's a rough cycle. I guess I'll figure it out. I have to do something...I can't feel like this randomly. It screwed up my entire day.

So I am super bummed...we aren't competing on Sunday...Only the big one on Saturday. SOME of the parents didn't pay all their competition fees...so when it came time for the gym to finalize our spots this weekend they couldn't. Stupid people not paying their stupid dues. Then the people who actually CAN adult...their kids suffer. UGH! Just irritated me.

Poor Addison has her first official diaper rash. I feel so bad for her. She is so miserable. Her diapers have been abnormally disgusting the past couple days and I guess it finally caught up to her poor skin. I put some of that "lotion" I made on it...every other time it has healed spots up real quick. Hopefully it will fix her poor skin. She is miserable. I felt so bad changing her tonight.

Monday

Today was a busy day. I am seriously counting down the days until you get home. Doing this alone is getting really hard. I am trying to stay as organized as possible but it is getting so hard to keep up this balancing act. I feel like I cannot focus on anything. Hopefully it will get easy as I find my groove in things.

She just couldn't wait for dinner to be done anymore. She was so mad. She wanted her dinner NOW! So I cut her an avocado. She ate almost an entire avocado, 2 pieces of cauliflower, and a piece of pork chop. Just...wow!

She no longer low crawls. She crawls like a big kid now, and she can squat to pick things up if she is holding on to something. :( It makes me sad that she is getting so big.

bicycle tire

Apparently I am not smart enough to figure it out. I cannot get that floor pump to put freaking air in that tire to save my life. I do not know what to do besides set the whole bicycle on fire and buy her a new one. So freaking frustrating. Even more frustrating...Andy offered to fix it for me before he left, and I never gave him a chance to fix it. Now he is gone and I can't fix it myself. UGH!

I completely screwed myself this afternoon. The kids do not have school tomorrow. It is "fair day" so I let them go to the movies today with their dad....at 8PM. Now I have to stay up and wait for them, and be at work by 730 tomorrow. Why...why did I tell him to come pick them up so late. Apparently my brain was not thinking.

Christian did ok at try outs today. He wasn't real good but he also wasn't real bad either. I am sure he will make it though since he was on the advanced team. He jammed his hand last night playing basketball, I was worried he wouldn't be able to throw today. But he actually threw better. Surprise surprise.

Mattie and her kids came over last night for a few hours. It was fun, they destroyed the upstairs. Poor Chloe, fell out of one of the dining room chairs. I felt awful, we both said she was going to fall and then let her sit up there anyway. She fell. She wasn't even doing something crazy, she was just sitting....and fell out. Poor baby.
But besides her baby getting hurt we had fun, and the kids even slept in this morning. That was the best part. Everyone slept until 9AM. Christian until almost 930.

I have to go to BJ's on Wednesday...we have absolutely no meat in this house.
