Exhausting Day

I literally feel like I have had no down time today.

#4- We've been working on our ball awareness. How he does a great job blocking and breaking the line when he's on defense but he has no idea where the ball is. This one...he is the first one to get his hands on the ball carrier. I was so proud!

I will try and get some of Lily next game. We are in Jax Beach next game, I wanted to get Mason next weekend...but I haven't heard back about it yet. So we'll see.

So...gone are the days where I can sit my baby down and she will stay where I left her. I was sitting at the table this evening attempting to eat and she was on her mat. Well she starts fussing...I assumed it was because she flipped herself on her belly and couldn't flip back over...so I am sitting there eating and talking to her to try and calm her down. Well it didn't work...this kid...she had rolled over and then scooted off of her mat over to the couch. WHAT!?! How do you even move that fast on your face?! She was pissed.

I am pretty sure I am set for Christian's party tomorrow. I worked so hard, and just about nothing turned out how I wanted it to. Bleh. It's frustrating. I ended up just buying a cake from publix, no matter what I did I could not get that cake out of the mold without breaking. So I finally just said screw it and ordered one.

 But can I tell you how much flaky people irritate me. I seem to have the flakiest friends too, they always say they are going to do something and then not pull through. I am really just ranting right now, but Victoria has blown me off so many times, and she has talked all week about coming to Christian's party tomorrow and just text me, just now at 1115 saying she wasn't coming. UGH! Then this morning Adrian said he was coming to the game...didn't show. I need better friends...mind suck.

EPIC fail!

Well I laugh and get frustrated every time I look at this picture. This would be Christian's birthday cake I attempted to bake tonight. LOL. I am not 100% what happened but I turned the pan over to get the cake out and it exploded everywhere! UGH! So now I get to try again tomorrow...

Other than that today was fairly uneventful. I am calling my advisor tomorrow to see about my classes. I am doing AWFUL taking this math class online. So I am going to look into getting an incomplete grade instead of a failing grade. There is no way I am going to pass this class....no way! I am super disappointed with myself about it. I've been so ashamed I haven't wanted to tell you how awful I was doing. Nothing seems to help either...I do worse when I devote more time to the class. I don't know...so I guess I am just going to look at dropping the class, because I really don't want to fail.

So your ring came in. I will send it to you soon, can you think of anything else you need or want when I send your ring? They come in super cool little pouches now...and go figured they don't come in envelopes that say Qalo anymore...

Well Lily caught a frog tonight. You know that guy sits by the back door every single night and he has never come inside. I ask Lily to let the dog out and the frog hauls butt inside.

MMMMMM baby food! It looks disgusting right!? It is avocado. So we have had bananas, apples, and avocado. I also have a sweet potato, and peaches that are ready to be mashed up so I will probably make that and give it to her next week sometime. I need to get ice cube trays that can be especially for her food...because all the other ones we have made soap in, and I don't particularly want to chance putting her food in that after we made soap in them and it make her sick.

Clingy Baby

I got a lot to do today with a clingy baby :(

We are already getting a late start because I can't walk away from her long enough to get ready.

Christian is meeting with Pastor Gary today about being baptized. He is so nervous he may pass out or cry in his office. Christian is stressed out about this meeting.

Well good news about the power outage. It wasn't murders cutting the power like in scary movies. HAHA...stupid brain. It was only out for about an hour. About the time I fell asleep all the lights came back on.

So i was browsing etsy the other day (dangerous) and I've decided I think I am going to try and make Addison's first Halloween outfit...you know in alllll my spare time.

Also, I talked to Mandy yesterday about the competition team. Lily has to be a level 2 in all styles of dance to even get the packet. So I told Lily if she was serious about it she can take more classes next dance season. Because she is a 2 in acro and jazz...so she needs ballet, tap, hip hop, contemporary...I think that may be it. Maybe when you get back she can take 2 new classes...and we will go from there.

I have exams this week along with Christian's party. I am so busy I feel like I cannot catch my breath. few more weeks and this term is over...

Sleepy Tired and EXTREMELY Argumentative

I think we are all on each others last nerves. The kids are so absolutely exhausted they cannot stand each other...I cannot stand listening to them fight and argue and argue with me. From the moment Christian got in the car this afternoon until we got home he argued with me about being able to walk home from school. I started out trying to be nice to him and explain that we lived too far for him to walk. But by the time we got home I was ready to rip his face so I pulled the mom card and told him to stop arguing with me. It wasn't until we sat down to do homework and he had a meltdown did I realize how tired he was. Sooooo we finished our homework and all laid down for a 30 min family nap time. All four of us on the couch sleeping. It was nice!

So the cheerleaders started their competition routine tonight. They switched Lily from a base to a flyer. Not sure how I feel about that. I was more comfortable with her being a base because then she could only get hit in the face by her flyer, not dropped on her head by her base. But it is what it is...right? They better not drop my baby though!

So I sat down tonight and made a list of all the stuff I have to do before Christian's party this weekend. OMG! I am going to die. I think I am going to see if mom can help me with a lot of it. I think I am just stressing myself out because a lot of it is fairly easy stuff. We'll see. I'll let you know how it goes.

Seeing her sleep like that makes it ok that she likes to sleep with me. How can I tell her no?! Look at that cuteness...

Addison ate her first round of apples today. She loved them...it seemed like I couldn't feed them to her fast enough and when they were gone...SHE WAS MAD! She grabs the spoon and tries to put it in her mouth or near her mouth. Anyway she grabs the spoon to help it to her mouth, and she always misses so we had apples all over her face, and she sucks her fingers and gets food on her fingers than touches other stuff. She looked like I just threw food at her when we were done.

Hooray for fall

Today was so nice! It was like 80 all day, nice breeze. Felt like fall a little. So I decided to make a pot of chili to celebrate.
 I also was able to make Addison some apple juice and apple baby food. Well she really isn't going to have the apple juice. So that will probably be for me and the kids. It is so good! It has absolutely nothing in it beside apples and water. She did have a teeny tiny bit of the juice today just because I wanted to see what she thought.

Then she decided to surprise me by showing me she can hold her bottle now :(

So Christian apparently has a "girlfriend"...not real happy about that. She drew him a picture and put it in his backpack the other day. So he made one for her as well. Anyway so the other day Lily was talking about her and this is how that conversation played out.
C "don't talk about her, you don't even know what she looks like. She looks awful!"
Me "Christian!! That is not nice at all."
C "What! It's true... I mean I still like her. But I'm just using her as my back up until I find somebody I really like"

I was shocked! Who is this boy I am raising, and how does he already know about "the backup"?

Well apparently bribing the kids with money will actually get stuff accomplished around here

I'm sure you remember what it looked like before. I did not go upstairs all day. They did this all themselves.

 This is what I get to wake up to everyday. It is the sweetest, she is always so happy.

She was playing in the living room....and then she was asleep. Super cute!

Rainy football games

Today has been a long day. Christian lost his game. Lilys team won theirs. omygoodness I am using your tablet for this because I had the gator game on my computer.  So forgive all the errors...I cannot see what I am typing.

But I put a lot of pictures up from today. Lily mentioned today that she wants to tryout for the competition dance team. So that's exciting!

Not really much more to talk about. I have some pics on my phone to post but I need my computer for that :-(

Addison is asleep in her crib right now...so pray she stays asleep, I'm so exhausted. I dont sleep well when shes in bed with me, she moves around soooo much now.
